Do you dream of performing in the air? This class teaches aerial plus group acrobatics skills, creating acts and shows to perform at local events.

• Develop aerial skills and links toward your own act.

• Refine line, extension & flexibility

• Entry by audition/invitation. Previous aerial, good gymnastics or dance training is essential and students must be able to hold their weight in pull up position for 5s

10 week term: $320

Take the leap into aerial and learn the basics on silk and hoop. Master and explore climbs, hip locks, footlocks and get ready to invert!!

• The most fun way to strengthen your upper body and core.

• Includes 15 min practice time for class skills

• Dress code: no zips and cover up midriffs, backs of knees and underarms for comfort.

$50 for 10 week term or $10 drop in

• Not a taught class: development of acts and safe skill sharing are welcome
