Adults looking for fitness and fun with beginner aerial training
Open training for aspiring and professional artists - by invitation
2025 Term 4 classes are on Tuesday evenings starting on October 14

Entry: previous aerial training is essential and students must be able to hold own weight in pull up position for 5s

Entry: Beginners welcome
Starting with aerial silks, then moving on to hoop
Focus on safety, fitness and fun
Build core and upper body strength
Develop aerial awareness and basic aerial skills

$165 for a 10 week term or $22 drop in
Practice time for existing circus skills, including aerial. Silk and lyra available (no current drop line for personal rigged equipment)
BYO equipment for ground skills
Mats available for acrobatics
Not a taught class, act development & safe skill sharing are welcome
